Library
This court’s library is open to all federal court personnel, federal government lawyers and their
staff, and members of the federal bar. The library is open during such hours as reasonable needs
require and is governed by such regulations as the circuit librarian, with the approval of the
court, may prescribe. Books and other materials may not be removed from the building.
