Motions to Expedite Appeals

Except as otherwise provided in these rules, and unless the court

directs otherwise, an appeal may be expedited only by the court upon motion and for good cause

shown. Unless the court otherwise specifies, the clerk will fix an appropriate briefing schedule

which will permit the appeal to be heard at an early date.
