11th Cir. IOP 1 (FRAP 25)
Timely Filing of Papers
Except as otherwise provided by FRAP 25(a) for inmate filings and for
briefs and appendices, all other papers, including petitions for rehearing, shall not be timely unless
they are actually received in the clerk’s office within the time fixed for filing.
