Duties of Court Reporters; Extensions of Time

The appellant is not required to seek extensions

of time for filing the transcript if the reporter cannot prepare it within 30 days from receipt of the

appellant’s purchase order. The matter of filing the transcript is between the reporter, the clerk of

the Eleventh Circuit, the clerk of the district court, and the district judge. Counsel will be informed

when an extension of time is allowed on request made by the court reporter.
