Restrictions on Practice by Current and Former Employees

Consistent with the

Consolidated Code of Conduct for Judicial Employees adopted by the Judicial Conference of the

United States, no employee of the court shall engage in the practice of law. A former employee of

the court may not participate by way of representation, consultation, or assistance, in any matter

which was pending in the court during the employee’s term of employment.
