Clerk
(a) Location. The clerk’s principal office shall be in the city of Atlanta, Georgia.
(b) Office to Be Open. The office of the clerk, with the clerk or a deputy in attendance, shall
be open for business from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern time, on all days except Saturdays,
Sundays, and the legal holidays listed in FRAP 45(a)(2).
