A petition for panel rehearing, for initial hearing en banc, for rehearing

en banc, or for both panel and en banc rehearing, shall not exceed the length limitations in FRAP

40(d)(3), exclusive of items required by 11th Cir. R. 40-3(a), (b), (c), and (i).
