Motions, Responses, and Replies - Certificates of Compliance

The clerk has very

limited discretion to permit the filing of motions, responses, or replies prepared using a computer

under FRAP 27(d)(2)(A) and (C) that do not include a certificate of compliance under FRAP 32(g)

if in the judgment of the clerk the documents obviously appear to comply with the length limitations.
