Motions for Leave
Motions for leave to file a brief of amicus curiae must comply
with FRAP 27 and 11th Cir. R. 27-1, including the requirement of a Certificate of Interested Persons
and Corporate Disclosure Statement as described in FRAP 26.1 and the accompanying circuit rules.
