Petitions for Review and Applications for Enforcement

A copy of the order(s)

sought to be reviewed or enforced shall be attached to each petition or application which is filed.

In an immigration appeal, the petitioner or applicant shall also attach a copy of the Immigration

Judge’s order and the Notice to Appear.
