45.1 Duties.
(A) Funds. The Clerk must account for all court funds.
(B) Court sessions. The Clerk or a deputy must attend court
sessions.
45.2 Chief Deputy Clerk.
In the absence of the Clerk, the Chief Deputy Clerk is acting Clerk.
45.3 Office location.
The Clerk’s Office is in the Byron White United States Courthouse,
1823 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado 80257. The telephone number is
