N.D. Cal. Civil L.R. 77-7
Court Library
The Court maintains a law library primarily for the use of Judges and personnel of the Court.
In addition, attorneys admitted to practice in this Court may use the library as needed for
actions or proceedings pending in the Court. The library is operated in accordance with such
rules and regulations as the Court may from time to time adopt.
