N.D. Cal. Civil L.R. 66-4
Deposit of Funds
A receiver must deposit all funds received into the institution selected by the Court as its
designated depository pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2041. The account title shall include the case
name and number. At the end of each month, the receiver must deliver to the Clerk a
statement of account, copies of canceled checks, and any other records of transactions.
