Procedure in Other Exempt Cases
Unless otherwise provided in these local rules, in categories of cases that are exempted by
Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1)(B) from the initial disclosure requirements of Fed. R. Civ. P.
26(a)(1), promptly after the commencement of the action the assigned Judge will schedule a
Case Management Conference or issue a case management order without such conference.
Discovery shall proceed in such cases only at the time, and to the extent, authorized by the
Judge in the case management order.
