N.D. Cal. Civil L.R. 1-3
Effective Date
These rules take effect on November 1, 2021. They govern civil cases filed on or after that
date. For actions pending on November 1, 2021, if fewer than ten days remain to perform an
act otherwise governed by these rules, the provisions of the local rules that were in effect on
October 31, 2021, shall apply to that act.
