C.D. Cal. L.R. 83-11.3
Adding Statewide or Nationwide Relief after Case Opening
If a party first seeks relief as described in L.R. 83-11.1 after
the case is opened, the party seeking such relief must display
“SEEKING STATEWIDE OR NATIONWIDE RELIEF” prominently
in the caption of the pleading or motion.
