Financial Institution Fee on Funds Deposited

Whenever

money is deposited into Court and is deposited by the Clerk into an interest-bearing account, there may be transaction or service fees charged by the

financial institution where the money is deposited. Where there are not

sufficient funds in the interest accrued to cover transaction or service fees,

transaction or service fees may be deducted from the principal amount

deposited into the account.
