C.D. Cal. L.R. 66-3
Permanent Receiver - Order to Show Cause
Concurrently with
appointment of a temporary receiver, the Court shall issue an order to show
cause requiring the parties and the creditors of the defendant to show cause
why a permanent receiver should not be appointed.
