Documents Required From Moving Party
A party filing a
notice of motion for summary judgment or partial summary judgment must
file a separate “Statement of Uncontroverted Facts.” This Statement must
set forth the material facts as to which the moving party contends there is no
genuine dispute. Each such fact must be numbered and must be supported
by pinpoint citations (including page and line numbers, if available) to
evidence in the record. A party seeking summary judgment must lodge a
proposed Judgment; a party seeking partial summary judgment must lodge a
proposed Order.

Unofficial copy of government-published law, reproduced from official sources with full provenance. Not an official publication; verify against official sources before relying on it in a filing. Records in the 'guidance' corpus, and only that corpus, are sub-regulatory (interpretive guidelines, survey procedures) and are not binding law. Validity bounds follow each jurisdiction's declared temporalBasis.
