Fees for Service of Process

Reasonable fees for service

of process under F.R.Civ.P. 4 (whether served by the United States

Marshal or other persons authorized by F.R.Civ.P. 4) and reasonable

fees for service of subpoenas under F.R.Civ.P. 45 are taxable,

including reasonable fees for research, surveillance, wait time, and

parking incurred in connection with service.
