Clerk’s Fees
Fees listed in the Judicial Conference
Schedule of Fees District Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule, issued in
accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1914, that are actually paid to the Clerk
in connection with a case are taxable. Pro hac vice fees and other fees
not included in the District Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule are not
taxable.
