Clerk’s Determination - Finality

No hearing on the

application will be held unless the Clerk notifies the parties otherwise.

After considering any objections to the proposed bill of costs and any

responses thereto, the Clerk will electronically file the bill of costs

annotated to identify all taxed costs. The Clerk’s determination shall

be final unless modified by the Court upon review under L.R. 54-2.5.

The Clerk has no discretion to tax any item not identified as taxable in

this L.R. 54 and its subparts.
