Application to Tax Costs Under F.R.Civ.P. 54(d); Bill of Costs

To request that any allowable costs be taxed, a prevailing party entitled to

costs under F.R.Civ.P. 54(d)(1) must file an Application to the Clerk to Tax

Costs as required by L.R. 54-2.1. Parties applying for or objecting to an

Application to the Clerk to Tax Costs under F.R.Civ.P. 54(d) must

familiarize themselves with the Court’s Bill of Costs Handbook, available on

the Court’s website at www.cacd.uscourts.gov.
