C.D. Cal. L.R. 11-4.5
Request for Conformed Copy
If the party presenting a
document for filing in paper format requests the Clerk to return a
conformed copy by United States mail, an extra copy shall be
submitted by the party for that purpose accompanied by a postage-paid, self-addressed envelope.
