Indictment or Superseding Indictment
The United States
Attorney must submit grand jury indictments and superseding indictments in
1 Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure for which no corresponding Local Criminal
Rule has been adopted are listed in Italics.
court to the duty Magistrate Judge. Superseding indictments will be
assigned the same case number as the original indictment, followed by the
letter (A) for first superseding indictment, (B) for the second, etc.
