Authority of Magistrate Judge Over Cases Charging Misdemeanor And Other Petty Offenses
United States Magistrate Judges
of this Court are authorized to conduct proceedings in any case charging a
misdemeanor or infraction as provided in 18 U.S.C. § 3401, and order a
presentence report in any such case pending before a Magistrate Judge.
