C.D. Cal. L.Cr.R. 57-3.6.1
Settlement Judge
The settlement judge shall
not take a guilty plea from and shall not sentence any defendant
in the case. The settlement judge shall not communicate any of
the substance of the settlement discussions to the trial judge.
