C.D. Cal. L.Cr.R. 49-1.3.1
General Applicability of Civil Electronic Filing Rules
Except as provided in Local Criminal Rule 49-
1.3.2, any electronically filed document shall comply with the
provisions of Local Civil Rule 5-4.3, 5-4.4, 5-4.5, and 5-4.6.
Attorneys registered to file documents through the CM/ECF
System must comply with Local Civil Rule 5-4.8.
