C.D. Cal. L.Cr.R. 46-3.1
Appearance Bond – Surety’s Affidavit Where No Justification Required
If the Court requires that a bond be backed
by a surety without justification, the surety, by affidavit or declaration
under penalty of perjury, shall state:
(a) The surety resides within the Central District of California or, if
approved by the Court, that the surety resides elsewhere;
(b) The surety agrees to be bound by the bond and by the
provisions of L.Cr.R. 46-6;
(c) The surety will notify the Court and counsel of any change of
address.
