Modification of Conditions of Bail

Twenty-four hours after

bail has been set, a defendant unable to meet the conditions of bail may

apply for review and modification of the conditions of bail. For good cause,

the United States Attorney or the United States Probation & Pretrial Services

Office also may apply to the Court for modification of the conditions of bail.
