Criminal Juries
In criminal cases, peremptory challenges by the government and the defense shall
be exercised simultaneously unless otherwise directed by the Court. In all other respects
the procedures for the selection of trial jurors shall be as set forth in Rule 24, Federal
Rules of Criminal Procedure.
