D. Ariz. LRCrim 10.2
Stated True Name to Be Given
When the defendant receives an initial appearance or is arraigned, the defendant
shall be informed that if the name in the charging document is not the defendant’s true
name, the defendant must then declare a true name or be proceeded against by the name
in the charge.
