Copies of Indictments and Informations

At the time of the preparation of each indictment or information, the United States

Attorney shall prepare sufficient copies and deliver them to the Clerk with the original so

that a copy may be delivered to each defendant as required by Rule 10 of the Federal

Rules of Criminal Procedure.
