Identification of Counsel on Pleadings, Motions and Other Papers.
a) Identification of Counsel. In addition to the requirements of Fed. R. Civ. P. 11,
each attorney signing any paper filed with the clerk must place his/her typewritten
name immediately under the signature line and place one of the following
identification numbers under his/her typewritten name:
(1) Alabama State Bar Members: These attorneys should provide their
Alabama State Bar number.
(2) Out-of-State Attorneys: These attorneys should provide either the
attorney number assigned by their state's unified bar or, if not a member of a
unified bar, the registration number assigned by the highest Court in their
jurisdiction of admission.
(b) Certificate of Service. The certificate of service must show the name and service
address of each attorney and/or party on whom the pleading, motion or other paper
was served.
