D. Alaska L.Crim.R. 59.1
Review of Magistrate Judge Reports and Recommendations
Unless otherwise ordered, a party may file objections within 14 days after the issuance of
the report and recommendation, and response to the objections may be filed by the
opposing party within 7 days of the filing of the objections. The district court will then
determine the matter pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 59(b).
