Omnibus Discovery in Criminal Cases
(a) Discovery Deadlines
The discovery materials, exclusive of expert reports, listed in Fed. R. Crim. P. 16 shall be
provided to the defense within 14 calendar days after the arraignment. Expert reports
shall be provided by the prosecution at the time provided in the Order of Progression of a
Criminal Case.
(b) Discovery Motions
Any motion for discovery must contain a certification that the parties have met and
conferred and that the issues set out for decision in the motion are genuinely in dispute
between the parties.
