Change of Plea

(a) Scheduling

Unless otherwise ordered by the court, counsel for a defendant who seeks to enter a

change of plea from not guilty to guilty must file a Notice of Intent to Change Plea.

(b) Duties of Defense Counsel

Defense counsel must arrange a presentence investigation interview to occur within 14

days following the proposed change of plea.
