D. Alaska L.Civ.R. 35.1

Physical and Mental Examinations

A party filing a motion to compel a physical or mental examination under Fed. R. Civ.

P. 35 must either:

(a) represent that the opposing party does not object to the entry of the order; or

(b) comply with the requirements of Local Civil Rule 37.1.
