(Standard) §486.344(g) Organ allocation
The OPO must have a system to allocate
donated organs among transplant patients that is consistent with the rules and
requirements of the OPTN, as defined in §486.320 of this part.
Interpretive Guidelines §486.344(g)
If the OPO is a member in good standing with the OPTN (per the CMS OPO Database
report) then this requirement is met.
