(Standard) §486.324(a)(3) A physician with knowledge, experience, or skill in the
field of human histocompatibility, or an individual with a doctorate degree in a
biological science and with knowledge, experience, or skills in the field of human
histocompatibility.
Interpretive Guidelines §486.324(a)(3)
This individual should be an MD/DO with knowledge, experience or skill in the field of
human histocompatibility or an individual with a PhD (in a science that studies living
organisms) with knowledge and experience working with the genetics that influence
acceptance or rejection of grafts.
