Organ Procurement Organization Outcome Requirements
(Condition) §486.318 Condition: Outcome measures.
§486.318 (a) With the exception of OPOs operating exclusively in non-contiguous
U.S. States, Commonwealths, Territories, or possessions, an OPO must meet two out
of the three following outcome measures:

Currently, the only OPOs in non-contiguous areas are located in Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
