§482.94(b)(2) Removing patients from the program’s waiting list if a patient receives a
transplant or dies, or if there is any other reason the patient should no longer be on a
program’s waiting list; and

There may be instances where a recently transplanted recipient is placed back on the wait list. In
these instances, documentation must include the original date of removal and the date of the new
placement on the list.
