requirements of §412.27 of Part 412 of this chapter for excluded psychiatric units.]
Excluded psychiatric units: Additional requirements (§412.27):
"...A psychiatric unit must ...
(d)(6) Therapeutic activities. The unit must provide a therapeutic activities program.]
(ii) The number of qualified therapeutic activities therapists, support personnel, and
consultants must be adequate to provide comprehensive therapeutic activities
consistent with each inpatient's active treatment program."
