[ ...the services furnished by the distinct part unit must comply with ...the additional
requirements of §412.27 of Part 412 of this chapter for excluded psychiatric units.
Excluded psychiatric units: Additional requirements (§412.27):
"...A psychiatric unit must ...]
(d)(4) Psychological services. The unit must provide or have available psychological
services to meet the needs of the inpatients ...."
