requirements of §412.27 of Part 412 of this chapter for excluded psychiatric units.
Excluded psychiatric units: Additional requirements (§412.27):
"...A psychiatric unit must ...
(d)(3) Nursing services.]
...The director must demonstrate competence to participate in interdisciplinary
formulation of individual treatment plans; to give skilled nursing care and therapy;
and to direct, monitor, and evaluate the nursing care furnished."
