[ ...the services furnished by the distinct part unit must comply with ...the additional
requirements of §412.27 of Part 412 of this chapter for excluded psychiatric units.
Excluded psychiatric units: Additional requirements (§412.27):
"(c)(5) Discharge planning and discharge summary. The record of each patient who
has been discharged must have ...] a brief summary of the patient's condition on
discharge."
