[ ...the services furnished by the distinct part unit must comply with ...the additional
requirements of §412.27 of Part 412 of this chapter for excluded psychiatric units.
Excluded psychiatric units: Additional requirements (§412.27):
"(c)(4) Recording progress.] ...The frequency of progress notes is determined by the
condition of the inpatient but must be recorded at least weekly for the first two months
and at least once a month thereafter."
