[ ...the services furnished by the distinct part unit must comply with ...the additional
requirements of §412.27 of Part 412 of this chapter for excluded psychiatric units.
Excluded psychiatric units: Additional requirements (§412.27):
"(c)(3) Treatment plan]
(ii) The treatment received by the inpatient must be documented in such a way as to
assure that all active therapeutic efforts are included."
