(2) The RNHCI complies with the disclosure requirements of §§420.206 and 455.104
of this chapter.
Interpretive Guidelines: §403.738(c)(2)
The RNHCI must comply with disclosure requirements in accordance with this standard.
This includes, but is not limited to, criteria of information which must be disclosed (e.g.
ownership or control interest); time and manner of disclosure and the RNHCI
administration should understand the consequences for failure to disclose such
information.
Survey Procedures:
• Verify through interview of the RNHCI administrator, the understanding of
disclosure requirements.
