§483.480(d)(4) Supervise and staff dining rooms adequately
Guidance §483.480(d)(4)
There should be sufficient staff to implement eating programs for clients who require them and
to provide necessary intervention and supervision for normalization including normal meal time
behavior.
Client mealtime should not be inadequately delayed due to insufficient staff assistance.
